Traces of My PenSoul is my second published book of poetry. During that time of my life, I experienced life that pushed me top more transparent, more confident and bolder...live out loud. I had to push past my shy and conserved self and life fully!

A journal is something that I have always had by my side...like a best friend that kept all all of my secrets being revealed. I always encourage people to journal as they choose to heal through their process: it's refreshing, like a breath of fresh air.
