Turnaround Time/Order Fulfillment

1. Please allow at least two-three weeks to allow Copper Cohens to create your custom made, wood jewelry. According to your desired piece, it may take less than 2 weeks. Also, please consider that orders are completed in the order they were received.

2. A deposit is required to start your order--which expedite your order.

3. To fully satisfy/ fulfill your request, a video call may be required to make I have the correct color(s) you desire for your order. For example, if you request "blue", I will ask for specifications of the shade of blue that you are requesting for your order.
